Accommodation

Accommodation will be at Queen's College academic residence, located on campus at Univesity of Melbourne. SIngle rooms are provided for all travelling attendees from Sunday 24th of November, with checkout on Friday 29th - the morning of the final day of the conference. Showers and bathrooms are available as blocks of cubicles. Typically, 10-12 rooms will share a block. Continental breakfast will be available each morning of the conference from the dining hall.

Queen's college is expected to be hosting other group stays during this period, so we hope you will be considerate of other guests during this time.

Check-in:
On Sunday, 24th November from 12pm to 5pm, members of the Committee will be stationed at the School of Physics for with your conference bags and nametags. 

Check-out:
On the morning of Friday 29th November. Queen's College has offered to look after any bags for attendees for the day before the end of the conference that afternoon.
