The Venue

This year’s conference will be held at the School of Physics at the Parkville campus of the University of Melbourne. This historic campus is situated in the heart of Melbourne, amongst a wealth of cultural draws such as Lygon Street, Melbourne Museum, the Royal Exhibition Building, and Princes and Royal Parks. Neighbouring world-class research institutes including the Florey, Doherty and Walter and Elizabeth Hall Institutes, the Parkville campus is a short walk from the City Campus of RMIT. The University is the supervising node for a number of ARC Centres of Excellence such as Dark Matter Particle Physics and Exciton Science, and houses nodes for TMOS, CQC²T, OzGrav, ASTRO 3D, and QUBIC.  The School of Physics maintains a pelletron, diamond reactor, and cleanroom facilities.
